Waste Less Films

The Purpose

Education through visuals.

At NAvakara, we deepen our understanding of environmental impact through thought-provoking films that show how our choices shape the planet’s health.

Waste Less Films events highlight the consequences of waste and inspire eco-friendly lifestyle shifts, sparking visual conversations that motivate practical change for a healthier environment.

Why Are Environmental Films Important?

Environmental film is a key contributor to environmental communication because, like music, it is a way for scientists to communicate the ideas of science without maps, graphs, or numbers that could be difficult to understand without a science or math background (Hansman).
