In 2018, NAvakara continued to lead the way in promoting greener options and fostering community engagement. From workshops and talks to collaborative programs, the year was packed with impactful events—too many to list! Highlights included attending a tradeshow in Hong Kong to explore innovative greener alternatives for sustainable daily living. The team also visited independent package-free and bulk stores in and around the city, gaining inspiration and insights for advancing eco-friendly practices.
As part of celebrating its third anniversary, NAvakara collaborated with curated partners to develop products designed to minimize packaging and reduce plastic use. This effort introduced items to the Jakarta market such as unpackaged soap bars, shampoo bars, mineral toothpowder, and beeswax wraps—practical solutions encouraging sustainable living while supporting NAvakara’s commitment to eco-conscious innovation.
